Although the intent was not to investigate their food options, and since wings were on their pub food menu, why not give ’em a try? With ample options for something to be washed down by more than a dozen of their craft brew creations on tap, an order of a house sauce called Windy was the pick. The wings were served hot and cooked to a slight crispiness with celery and blue cheese that passed both the stand up challenge and the pour test. The Windy sauce had a nice balance of heat, which was a mix their Buffalo sauce and Gold sauce that gave it a sweet, tangy heat that lingered a bit. Overall a very nice visit with the wings getting a respectable 7.50 out of 10.
